Elders lead the church by teaching and preaching, by protecting the church and it's doctrine, by praying with and for the church, by caring for the needs of the people in the church, and by sending the people of the church into the world as Jesus has sent us. 

Our current Christ Church elders are:

Jud Brooks - Jud is the founding Pastor of Christ Church. He is married to Sarah and has three kids; Noa, Tyson, and Lucy. When he's not spending free time with his family, you will find him connecting with others in the community, fooding, doing house projects, running his three dogs, or searching for new real estate opportunities.

Wayne Polette - Wayne is a retired paramedic/firefighter who is married to Chris, father to Mel and Molly, and 'Pops' to Max, Emmett, Simon, Cora, and Samantha. He loves spending time with Chris exploring new places, walking together, pickle ball, sleep overs with the grandkids, attending youth sporting events, and playing old man ice hockey.

Logan Miller - Logan has been on the elder team at Christ Church since 2024. Logan and Mary have been married 8 years and just welcomed their first daughter, Emery. They have lived in Brentwood for seven years and have a desire to see our neighborhoods transformed with the good news of Jesus.

Jacob Duncan - Jacob has been on the elder team at Christ Church since 2024. He and his wife, Sarah, have four kids: Hosanna, Sofia, Talia, and Micaiah. He works in software sales and enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and neighbors, and connecting with people from different culture. Jacob is passionate about the mission of God and equipping the church to make disciples.

Mike Davis - Mike has been on the elder team at Christ Church since 2024. He and his wife, Michelle, have three children and are heavily involved in the foster care system of St. Louis.
